Updated monthly, the National People Locator can be searched by name, address or Social Security number. This 550 million record database includes a full name, several last known addresses, the dates those addresses were reported, and a truncated Social Security number. Many records also include a date of birth and phone number.

iPhones

iPhones includes over 150 million consumer reported telephone numbers, including over 10 million primary and 16 million secondary addresses not found in phone directories.

Hunting and Fishing Registrations

One of the best resources for locating an individual, this file contains all hunting/fishing licenses for selected states. This is an excellent source of information about people who are licensed and the date they registered, as most individuals will provide a current address. Results may include final FHB, license expiration date and permit number.

Updated quarterly, the Residential Locator is the best source for locating current phone numbers (aside from directory assistance). Also included are almost 45 million unlisted households from sources such as DMV, Voters, NCOA and other location files.

National Property

Updated monthly, search this powerful asset and skiptracing database by name, business name, address or phone. Results include property address, sales price and date, legal description, phone number, other owners and their relationship, subdivision, owner mailing address, parcel number, FIPS code.

National Property – Enhanced Data

Includes everything in National Property, plus units, square feet, year built, rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, lot size, address value, and loan amount. Enhanced Data searches are a pay-per-search option with National FlatRate, and also available as a subscription.

National Bankruptcies, Judgments & Tax Liens

Updated weekly (with daily feeds), this 70-million record file includes information for all 50 states, as well as addresses and truncated Social Security numbers. Bankruptcy information from every bankruptcy courthouse nationwide is represented in this database. Currency of data may vary by county and is dependent on how frequently individual courthouses update their records.

National Concealed Weapons

Updated annually, this database includes file acquired date, full name, date of birth, race, ethnicity, gender, and address. Additional information may consist of permit expiration date, permit type as well as a numeric permit number.

Fictitious Business Names

This national database contains over 8-million business records going back to 1989. Over 150,000 newly formed businesses are added each month. Information is obtained from government filing offices such as Secretaries of State, Fictitious and Assumed Name Filings, Boards of Equalization and various licensing offices. Data is also collected from yellow page listings and newspapers.

Results may include company name, address and phone number; contact name, address and phone number; filing date and document number; SIC code and a business description.

Phone Directory

This database contains nearly 100 million residential and business phone listings. Information is compiled from a variety of sources, including regional phone company databases.

Phone Directory - Business is an excellent source for locating new business addresses and phone numbers, as well as connecting a contact name with a business. Information is provided for more than 14 million businesses, with data gathered from governmental agencies, white and yellow pages, and other sources.

National Corporations

Updated monthly, National Corporations includes company name, officer or agent name, corporation number, president and registered agent, dates of required filings and current legal status.

Social Security Administration Death Index

Updated monthly, this database contains over 67 million records of death compiled by the Social Security Administration. Records go back reliably to 1969. Search by name or Social Security number. Each record contains a name, truncated birth date, date of death, truncated Social Security number and ZIP code where the subject died.

DEA Registration

The Drug Enforcement Administration produces a monthly list of individuals registered under the Controlled Substances Act, including registrants doing business under their individual names rather than a business name. The data is used to credential practitioners as well as to certify a practitioner's CSA status.

The DEA also produces a list of registrants whose certification numbers have been retired or suspended from the active file. The certification number enables physicians and others to prescribe and handle controlled substances. If a number has been retired or suspended, that individual business or entity may no longer prescribe or handle these substances.

Government Employees

Updated quarterly, data is supplied directly from various state and federal agencies that maintain these lists. Results may include employee name, agency name, phone number and often additional information such as agency or employee address, fax and e-mail.

Government Loans - SBA

Updated annually, this data comes from the U.S. Small Business Administration and contains all businesses that were granted small business loans from 1997-2001. Results may include business name and address, date granted and amount.

Unclaimed Property - National

Updated annually, this database includes unclaimed or abandoned property records from state and federal agencies.

SSN Verifier

Updated monthly, this utility verifies that a Social Security number is valid.

Cities - ZIP Codes

Updated monthly, this data is provided by the U.S. Post Office.

Cities - Area Codes

Updated quarterly, provides all area codes within a given city or ZIP code.

Merchant Vessels

Updated quarterly, this database includes registered merchant vessels in the U.S. Results may include owner name and address, home port, service type (i.e. recreational, commercial etc.), year built, and vessel name.

Aircraft

Updated annually, this FAA database is an excellent tool for asset location and includes aircraft information such as manufacturer, owner, year and city, serial number, airplane type and engine type.

Pilots

Updated monthly, this FAA database includes pilot name, airmen ID, rating code, region, medical ratings and certification codes.
