Our provider gathers information that helps government agencies and private companies protect themselves and American consumers with industry-leading risk management products. They provide information only to those who can demonstrate a legitimate need for the information and who agree to abide by all local and federal laws and regulations regarding the use of the information. These laws include, but are not limited to, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (Public Law 106-102, 15 USC §6801, et seq.), the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (18 USC §2721 et seq.) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
They also provide personally identifiable information, such as Social Security numbers (SSNs) and dates of birth (DOBs), only when a substantial business or government need for the data has been demonstrated by the end user. The end user must also demonstrate substantial security precautions to protect the personally identifiable information. In order to comply with these laws, Exhibit A (

Updated monthly, the National People Locator file can be searched by name, address or Social Security number. This 550 million record database includes a full name, several last known addresses, the dates those addresses were reported, and a truncated Social Security number. Many records also include a date of birth and phone number.

The iPhones database includes over 150 million consumer initiated telephone numbers, including over 10 million primary and 16 million secondary addresses not found in traditional phone directories.
National Hunting and Fishing Registrations
This is one of the best resources for locating an individual. This file contains all hunting/fishing licenses for the states listed. This is a great source of information about people who are licensed and the date they registered, as most individuals will give current information that includes: file acquired date, address, city, state, and ZIP codes. Often times data may include: final FHB, license expiration date and permit number. Nineteen states included in this file are: AK, AL, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NJ, NV, OH, UT, VA, WI.
Residential Locator
This is the most complete and current listing of residential information available Online. Over 133 million households are listed, as well as over 170 million individual names. This database includes over 65 million ages or dates of birth and over 78 million current phone numbers. Updated quarterly, the Residential Locator file is the best source for locating current phone numbers (aside from directory assistance). Also included: almost 45 million unlisted households from sources such as DMV, Voters, NCOA and location files. Listings without phone numbers encompass a large majority of the unlisted households in the nation.

Updated monthly, this powerful asset and skiptracing database comprises over 1575 County Assessor and 700 sales records. Search by name, business name, address or phone. Results include: property address, sales price and date, legal description, phone number, other owners and their relationship, subdivision, owner mail address, parcel number, FIPS code.
National Property – Enhanced Data

National Bankruptcies Judgments & Tax Liens
Updated weekly, this 70-million record file includes bankruptcies for all 50 states, as well as addresses and truncated Social Security numbers. Each bankruptcy record indicates full name, address, social security number, filing date, filing number, attorney name, assets, disposition and more. Judgments and Tax Liens, which also include addresses and SSNs, are available for CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, UT, AZ, NM, CO, WY, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, LA, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, LA, MS, FL, IN, OH and KY.

National Concealed Weapons
Updated annually. Weapons which are kept hidden on one's person or under one's control are considered concealed weapons. Requirements for permits to carry a concealed weapon vary by state, but they usually require a minimum age, completion of a safety course, and prohibit felons or those found mentally unstable or guilty of certain crimes to obtain a permit. This file includes: file acquired date, full name, date of birth, race, ethnicity, gender, and address. Additional information may consist of permit expiration date, permit type as well as a numeric permit number. Eight states that are included in the file are: AR, FL, IN, LA, ME, ND, SC, VA.

Fictitious Business Names
This national database contains over 8-million business records going back to 1989. Over 150,000 newly-formed businesses are added each month. Information is obtained from government filing offices such as Secretaries of State, Fictitious and Assumed Name Filings, Boards of Equalization and various licensing offices. Data is also collected from yellow page listings and newspapers.
Most records contain the company name, address and phone number; contact name, address and phone number; filing date and document number; SIC code and a business description.

Phone Directory
This database contains nearly 100 million residential and business phone listings across the United States. Information is compiled from a variety of sources - including the various regional phone company database systems. For the most current phone listings, we suggest the Phone Directory Real Time database. The primary difference between these two searches is that Phone Directory records are not updated as frequently as the Phone Directory Real Time product.
Phone Directory - Business
Phone Directory - Business is an excellent source for current national information. This database is a great resource for locating new business addresses and phone numbers, as well as connecting a contact name with a business name. Information is provided for more than 14-million businesses, with data gathered from governmental agencies, white and yellow pages, and other sources. This is a text indexed database, which means searches can be conducted using a first or last name and a partial address, or using any combination of searchable fields. Searching by address alone will retrieve the names of all businesses listed for that address. When searching for a specific business, a new telephone number or a new address, or attempting to connect a name with a business, make this the database of choice.

National Corporations
Updated monthly. The National Corporations database contains various records that can be searched using company name, officer or agent name. Records can also be searched using address, city, state, ZIP or incorporation date. Searches will return the corporation number, President and Registered Agent, dates of required filings and current legal status of the corporation. The file currently has information on all officers of the corporation for every state maintained. The database currently contains full files for these 21 states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, KY, MA, MO, MS, MT, NM, NV, OR, RI, UT, VT, WI, WY.

Social Security Administration Death Index
Updated monthly, this database contains over 67 million records of death compiled by the Social Security Administration. Records go back reliably to 1969. Search by name or Social Security number. Each record contains a name, truncated birth date, date of death, truncated Social Security number and ZIP code where the subject died.

DEA Registration
The Drug Enforcement Administration produces a monthly list of Controlled Substances Act Registration Records. The file includes individuals registered under the Controlled Substances Act, including the registrants doing business under their individual names rather than a business name. The data is used to credential practitioners as well as to certify a practitioner's CSA status.
The DEA also produces a list of registrants whose certification numbers have been retired or suspended from the active file. The certification number enables physicians and others to prescribe and handle controlled substances. If a number has been retired or suspended, that individual business or entity may no longer prescribe or handle these substances.

Updated quarterly. Data is supplied directly from various state and federal agencies that maintain these lists. Typical information includes: employee name, agency name, phone number and often additional information such as agency or employee address, fax and e-mail.

Updated annually, this data comes from the U.S. Small Business Administration and contains all businesses that were granted small business loans from 1997-2001. It contains information such as business name and address, date granted and amount.
