How To Establish A Merlin Online Account

Merlin Information Services makes it easy to establish an Internet account:

  1. Complete a Merlin Service Agreement
  2. Complete Exhibit A
  3. Complete a Credit Card Authorization
  4. Fax these to 406-755-8568 or 406-755-8579.

Upon receipt, a Merlin representative will call to assist you in selecting the products and payment options best suited for you and your business.  At that time, you may also be asked to provide additional documentation required by our Risk Management department.
